Description

This floral, caffeine-free rose petal tea is packed with antioxidants and calming properties—perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

Scale

1 tablespoon dried organic rose petals (food grade)
2 cups filtered water
1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon dried mint or hibiscus (optional)


Instructions

  • Bring filtered water to a boil.

  • Add dried rose petals to a teapot or infuser.

  • Pour hot water over petals and cover.

  • Steep for 7–10 minutes.

  • Strain into a mug.

  • Add sweetener or mix-ins if desired.

 

  • Enjoy hot or chill for iced tea.

Notes

Use only organic, food-safe petals.
Fresh petals can be used—double the quantity.
Pairs well with lemon, lavender, or hibiscus.
