Description
This floral, caffeine-free rose petal tea is packed with antioxidants and calming properties—perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon dried organic rose petals (food grade)
2 cups filtered water
1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon dried mint or hibiscus (optional)
Instructions
Bring filtered water to a boil.
Add dried rose petals to a teapot or infuser.
Pour hot water over petals and cover.
Steep for 7–10 minutes.
Strain into a mug.
Add sweetener or mix-ins if desired.
Enjoy hot or chill for iced tea.
Notes
Use only organic, food-safe petals.
Fresh petals can be used—double the quantity.
