Description
A cooling and fragrant Rose Petal Lemonade made from real rose petals, lemon juice, and natural sweetener. Perfect for summer.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or dried organic rose petals
4 lemons, juiced
2 cups water
3–4 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
Ice cubes for serving
Optional: extra petals or lemon wheels for garnish
Instructions
1. Bring 2 cups water to a simmer.
2. Add rose petals and steep for 10–15 minutes.
3. Strain and discard petals.
4. Stir in fresh lemon juice and sweetener.
5. Chill and serve over ice with garnish.
Notes
Only use food-grade, organic rose petals.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
Sparkling water can be substituted for half of the still water.
